Meet Coach Thomas Gabriel
Coach Thomas Gabriel brings six years of coaching experience and a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the court. With experience coaching on the Adidas circuit and competing in live recruiting tournaments, Coach Thomas understands what it takes to prepare players for success at the next level.
His coaching philosophy is built on three core principles: fundamentals, discipline, and hard work. He believes that mastering the basics, maintaining accountability, and approaching every opportunity with a spirit of excellence are essential to becoming a successful athlete.
Coach Thomas is committed to developing well-rounded players who demonstrate confidence, strong character, and a relentless work ethic. His goal is not only to help athletes elevate their basketball skills but also to instill the discipline and mindset needed to succeed in life beyond the game.

Lady Legacy Competitive League is open to girls ages 10–14. Athletes outside this range cannot be enrolled at this time.
